DTC 2025 LEAGUE RULES
Separate leagues will be run for 40k, AOS, Kill Team, Blood Bowl, Trench Crusade, Horus Heresy, Old World, and multiplayer systems.
40k and AOS will serve as the DTC Premier Leagues, whereas all other leagues will be DTC Community Leagues.
DTC Premier Leagues are eligible for prize support from the club.
Except for special cases in tournaments, DTC Premier League matches should be at least 1500 pts per side.
League scoring for all systems except for multiplayer systems is to be undertaken as follows (as per Blood Bowl league rules): 3 league points for a win, 1 league point for a draw, 0 league points for a defeat.
In the buildup period to each DTC Premier League tournament there will be an official “Campaign Season” (to run for a period of several weeks, as determined by the Committee) for which 1 bonus League Point will be awarded to participating players; bonus league points will also be awarded for the DTC Premier League tournament that concludes each Campaign Season.
Ranking in a league is to be determined on the basis of league points only
In the event of a tie on league points, the following order of precedence shall be used: number of wins, direct confrontation, play-off (between 1st and 2nd place only), coin toss.
League points are only awarded for the first 2 matches between each pair of players in the DTC Premier Leagues.
There will be 2 additional overall DTC Leaderboards for non-multiplayer systems: Hobbyist, and Community.
A player will score 1 Hobbyist point for each game they play in which their entire force is WYSIWYG1, and 1 Hobbyist point if their entire force is fully painted, up to a maximum of 20 hobbyist points per system. Scoring is cumulative across all systems.
A player will score 1 Community point for each game they play against a unique opponent in each system. Scoring is cumulative across all systems.
It is at the discretion of T.O.s for tournaments as to whether or not matches in that tournament will count towards the league for that system, and this must be announced beforehand.
Only tournaments run by the DTC (i.e. not store events) shall be considered for the DTC leagues.
For multiplayer systems, scoring is as follows: 3 league points are awarded for whoever ranked first, 2 league points for second place, 1 league point for third place, 1 league point if a player performed a noteworthy feat (epic or hilarious, as determined by the players), 1 league point for the player with the prettiest (most visually appealing model or models, as determined by the players).
